Content & listing policy

A listing is a link. Somebody submits a URL and picks a category, and that is the entire input we accept — there is no free-text field, no image upload, no comments, no profiles, no messaging and no file hosting anywhere in this product.

The title, description and icon shown on the board are not written by the submitter. Our server fetches the submitted page and reads them from the site’s own public metadata. A listing is therefore a mechanical reflection of a page that is already published on the open web, and the only question moderation has to answer is whether that page belongs here.

One listing exists per domain, listings cannot be edited after creation, and a listing is invisible until it holds a budget — so nothing reaches the board without either money or attention behind it.

A site is refused, and removed if it is already here, when it offers, promotes or distributes any of the following. The list mirrors what our payment processor prohibits and what the card networks restrict, and we enforce it whether or not a payment is involved.

• Adult or sexual content, and intimacy services
• Gambling, betting and games of chance
• Illegal or age-restricted goods, including drugs and prescription medicines
• Weapons, ammunition and violence-oriented content
• Piracy, cracks, key generators and unlicensed streaming
• Malware, phishing and anything that deceives a visitor into installing something
• Stolen data, forged documents and identity fraud
• Financial advice, investment signals, loans and debt services
• Miracle cures, health claims and unverifiable medical promises
• Surveillance and stalkerware
• Bought engagement: followers, reviews, votes, captcha solving
• Spam, scraping and mass-outreach tooling
• Hate speech, harassment and content targeting a private individual
• Anything sexualising or endangering a minor

The list is not exhaustive. We refuse anything we judge to be deceptive, unlawful where the visitor is, or a risk to the people who click it.

Before it is stored. Every submission is screened at the moment it is made: the domain and the metadata read from the page are matched against the categories above. A submission that fails is refused outright and no record of it is kept, so nothing prohibited sits in the database waiting to be noticed.

Only public pages. The crawler fetches over HTTP and HTTPS only, resolves the address and refuses private and internal networks, follows at most three redirects, and stops at one megabyte. It reads a page; it never signs in, submits a form or reaches anything that is not already public.

After it is published. Automatic screening is a first filter, not a judgement, and we do not claim it catches everything. Listings are reviewed by a person when reported, and we review proactively when a listing starts drawing unusual traffic. There is no appeal queue and no bot deciding anything final: a human makes every removal and every reversal.

Anyone can report anything on this board, and you do not need an account or a connection to the site in question. Email c00y@proton.me with the listing’s domain and what is wrong with it. A screenshot helps but is not required.

We acknowledge every report within one business day. Anything alleging illegal content, malware or the sexual exploitation of a minor is looked at immediately and removed first, before the rest of the assessment — the listing comes down while it is being judged, not after.

If it is your site and you want it off, say so and it comes off. There is no ownership on this board, so somebody else may have listed your domain; you do not have to prove anything beyond controlling it, and we do not ask for a reason.

A removed listing is hidden from the board immediately. Any budget it still held is forfeited if it was removed for breaking this policy, and is moved to another listing of the owner’s choosing if it came down for any other reason — the refund policy says which is which.

Repeated or deliberate attempts to list prohibited sites end in a permanent refusal for the domain and the person behind it, and we report to the appropriate authority anything we are required to report. We keep a record of each removal and the reason for it.

If you think we got it wrong, reply to us and a person will look again. We would rather reverse a wrong refusal than defend it.

This is a small, independently run site, operated from Spain by one person. Reports go to a monitored address and are answered by a human rather than a queue. It also means we say plainly what we do and do not do: there is no twenty-four-hour moderation desk here, and this page describes the controls that actually exist rather than the ones a larger operation would have.
